For some campaigns that are industry specific, we will attach 2+ individuals inbox to the campaign as they all take care of sales for the same industry. When importing multiple prospects, nearly all of the time we will have 2-5 contacts (email addresses) working for the same company and therefore under the same company name. This means that emails will be sent to colleagues from the same company, from more than one inbox. We would like it so that when multiple inbox’s are attached to a campaign, any prospects under the same company name are all emailed from the same inbox rather than split across the inbox’s. This way 2+ sales colleages will not both receive a positive response from the same company and have to decide who takes the warm lead.
